About Us
The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) at Arizona State University aims to provide professional and academic development opportunities directed towards mechanical engineering students. Members will be able to connect with experienced people from industry, attend a variety of workshops and events, and socialize with like-minded peers.

Professional Development
Our chapter offers many opportunities for students to prepare for their engineering careers. Through technical workshops, professional development events, and guest speakers from industry, members gain valuable skills and insight into the engineering profession.
Academic Aid
We work with faculty and experienced students to support our members academically. Through study groups, peer advice, and resume workshops, we help students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
Social Opportunities
Engineering can be a large and demanding program, so we provide a welcoming community where members can connect and support one another. From board game nights to social events with other engineering organizations, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved.
