The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) at Arizona State University aims to provide professional and academic development opportunities directed towards mechanical engineering students. Our Goals
Professional Development
Our chapter prides itself on our countless of opportunities for students to prepare themselves for the working world. We offer regular workshops where students can hone various technical skills, as well as guest speakers from industry to offer insight and advice.
Academic Aid
We work with faculty to ensure our members are receiving the boost that will give them an edge in university. Regular study groups, tips from upperclassman, resume workshops, etc.
Social Opportunities
With how large of a program engineering is, we provide a smaller space for our members to hang out and get to know one another better. We hold events such as board game nights, movie days, and more!! Either by ourselves or collaborating with another professional student chapter.
